| 4. | The yacht captain has the right to make changes on the program we have specified. |
| 5. | Due to weather and sea conditions, density in the bays, etc., the captain may change the anchorage points. |
| 6. | During a blue cruise, the boat is usually propelled by engine power, but sails are also used when weather conditions, sailing equipment and wind direction permit. |
| 7. | Our cabins have a double bed or two single beds (extra beds are not possible) |
| 8. | Cabins are suitable for up to 2 adults and 1 small child. |

| 16. | Our customers are responsible for their children on and off the boat. |
| 17. | If problems cannot be corrected by the captain during the voyage, our company representative can be reached 24 hours a day. Later complaints cannot be accepted. |
| 18. | The repair time of a possible malfunction during the blue voyage is maximum 24 hours. If the repair cannot be realized within this period, the blue voyage will continue with an equivalent yacht by our company. |
| 19. | Land tours are organized with a minimum of 8 people (for a fee). |
| 20. | Since the first and last day are transfer days, accommodation is made in Fethiye Harbor. |
